Prostate cancer is a killer that uses stealth to sneak up on its target. It advances slowly and methodically, taking hold in men in their early to middle fifties. It’s a killer that is taking an increasing number of men’s lives every year.

Using a Prepaid Credit Card to Keep Track of Holiday Spending

If you are like most people, each year you set out to do your holiday shopping determined to stick to a pre-determined budget. A Knotty Accessory

If there is one accessory that can change an ordinary Jane into a fashion diva, it is the simple scarf. And, what better time to put them on and make a style statement than in winter? Here are some simple ideas to make those absolutely necessary winter accessories do wonders for you.

Scarves are the most versatile of accessories. The best part is they are available just about anywhere. Why, you can probably even pick them up from a bookstore or a triathlon store! You can wear scarves in many different ways. The most common way to tie your winter scarf is to first fold it in half and then drape it around your neck. After, you can take the two loose ends and push them through the loop of the folded half. You can leave the loose ends to dangle or tuck them in your coat for a chic look. Knitted scarves look great this way and if you have matching gloves to pair it up, you will complete your fashion look. Another easy way is to just bunch them up together and tie them around your neck so that there are no hanging ends. Again, great protection from cold weather and a style statement at the same time!

Pashminas can double as both shawls and also as scarves. Wrap one end around your neck and throw the other end over your shoulder. You can even wear two at a time to add color and a layered look, not to mention the double warmth. If you are dressed to kill for an evening, don’t wear a thick-rugged woolen scarf. Opt for a silk scarf instead. You can tie the scarf into a bow tie for a fun look or tie it diagonally across your body.
